We select materials (PET, PS, PVC, PPS) that are UV-resistant and resilient under repeated use. Every batch undergoes aging simulation (UV exposure, thermal cycling) and we guarantee minimal crack, brittleness or discoloration throughout the expected use cycles typical in commercial nurseries.

Each tray is engineered with optimal drainage slots and cell dimensions to avoid standing water. We verify this through drainage performance tests under simulated nursery conditions. Custom depths and slot configurations are available for crops requiring specific water-flow control.
